My passion lies in aligning people strategy with business growth, empowering employees to thrive while enabling the company to achieve sustainable success.
Throughout my career, I have led global transformations across digital modernization, talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and cultural change, supporting VSTN’s mission of empowering innovation worldwide. Before joining VSTN, I held senior HR leadership roles at McKinsey, Ernst & Young, and Mphasis, where I helped shape global talent strategies and strengthen organizational capability.
My leadership philosophy is guided by the W.I.I.F.M principle ensuring every HR initiative connects with individual purpose, engagement, and growth. I also apply the N.E.E.T framework to craft meaningful employee journeys that drive both personal and organizational excellence.
An MBA graduate in Human Resource Management from Anna University, I’m deeply committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and leadership development.
